Wow! What can I say? Our lights started flickering every time our heat pump came on and after a while half of our electricity would go out so we called our electric provider who sent someone out and checked all their stuff and they told us we needed to call in an electrician. We like to support small family businesses because we feel like they work harder to please and are easier to deal with and Bix Electrical did not disappoint! The electrician that came out was very knowledgeable and we were pleased to find out that he had something like twenty years of electrical experience behind him. He didn’t mind a lot of questions and was very good at explaining things so that we could understand which made us feel comfortable. In no time at all he figured out the problem and showed us how it could have led to a fire. In just a few hours him and his helper had the job done and the relief we felt was tremendous! It has been a couple of weeks and no more flickering or electric outage! I highly recommend this company and if ever we have another electrical problem, they will be the ones we call!
